I think you can try to: 

Download from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce8-download-2133166.html,
replace the jars in $JAVA_HOME

Did you enable AES256? This is a must to run the AES256 related tests. Did you pass other
AES256 related tests?
