Subject [jira] [Commented] (DIRSERVER-1921) Indexes dont work on distinguishedNameMatch attributeType
Date Fri, 29 Nov 2013 21:07:35 GMT

lucas theisen commented on DIRSERVER-1921:

I patched and built a fork of my own (from your github mirror). It was a painful process
as I had to build directory-shared, then directory-server and some of the tests were flakey
(would work if I ran them in the IDE but failed in the maven build). But in the end I was
able to build a patched version of the service jar, drop it in place of the original, export
my data (to ldif), drop my directory root, re-import all my data (from ldif to rebuild the
indexes), and now it works. So for now, I am happy. Thanks for pointing to the fix, looking
forward to the release version, and good work on this project!

are not found. I will attach a patch for the JdbmIndexTest that demonstrates the issue.
