I agree there is a confusion between those two names. This is also true
for many classes :
Page, Leaf, Node, *Result, TupleCursorImpl, Transaction, ParentPos,
BulkDataSorter, BTreeFactory, BTreConfiguration, BTreeBuilder.

There is probably some renaming needed here.
