The correct date/time is the one displayed in the Raw date string: 20121108144205Z and the incorrect time is the "friendly" time. It may be that the software we are using is putting the time in correct straight away (or already compensating for the 11 hour difference) but Apache is compensating again and adding 11 hours even though it doesn't need to.
