In many cases the administrator of a system, can only set a new password to a user (ldap object).
In this cases, the admin have no read access to the userpassword field in this object. So the userpassword field ist not shown in the table editor.

A menu entry to change the password is helpful.
The menu entry should only activated, if the object is able to store the usrpassword field.
For example, the objectclass "simpleSecurityObject" is used.
