Subject [jira] [Commented] (DIRSTUDIO-772) Entry UUID Editor can't display eDirectory GUID in v2.0M2
Date Thu, 09 Feb 2012 09:25:00 GMT

Aleks M commented on DIRSTUDIO-772:

No it doesn't, haven't tried that before.

After switching back to JNDI it works like it did before.
I get a nice string value like: bcdf4a91-ccb1-ae49-a18f-bcdf4a91ccb1

> In Studio 1.5.3 I could specify Entry UUID Editor as the editor for the attribute called
GUID in Novell eDirectory.
> The Entry Editor in Studio would then display the GUID as a nice string:
> bcdf4a91-ccb1-ae49-a18f-bcdf4a91ccb1
> In 2.0 M2 this no longer works. The entry editor displays this next to the GUID attribute:
> Invalid UUID
