Subject [jira] [Commented] (DIRSHARED-129) Push shared-i18n-1.0.0-M5 artifact to Apache releases repository
Date Fri, 24 Jun 2011 06:38:47 GMT

Pierre-Arnaud Marcelot commented on DIRSHARED-129:

There's no mistake anywhere.

The move to version 1.0.0-M5 was mandatory to cut the release, have a tagged version of the
code in SVN and the installers ready for the release vote

Our Jenkins/Continuum tasks were probably run between the short period of time the build stayed
with version 1.0.0-M5 (less than a day from the commit logs).

That said, how about depending on 1.0.0-M6-SNAPSHOT since you were depending on 1.5.8-SNAPSHOT

1.5.8-SNAPSHOT won't evolve anymore now...

> ApacheDS server snapshots have started using shared-* artifacts version 1.0.0-M5 through
the new parent POM from 22 June:
> The POM specifies:
> <!-- Set versions for depending projects -->
> <>1.0.0-M5</>
> However, the 1.0.0-M5 version has not been released to the Apache releases Maven repository:

> despite the fact that shared snapshots have moved on to 1.0.0-M6-SNAPSHOT version:
> This broke the build for anything dependent on apacheds server snapshots:
> The following artifacts could not be resolved:,,,,,,,,,,,,, Could not find artifact
> Please, release shared 1.0.0-M5 artifacts to the official Apache releases repo ASAP.
