I thought the dist/direcotory isn't a repository.

What we don't have when releasing artifacts are the distributions 
(Studio, ApacheDS) IIRC. So these 2 are the only ones I'd put to 
http://www.apache.org/dist/directory. All others are available via the 
maven repository, aren't they?
