Subject [jira] Commented: (DIRSTUDIO-610) Unable to export to "My Documents"
Date Fri, 29 Jan 2010 11:16:36 GMT

Stefan Seelmann commented on DIRSTUDIO-610:

Tested the patch on Windows XP and Ubuntu. Works as expected. It is now possible to write
to "My Documents".

The only poor thing is that when trying to write to a non-writeable directory (e.g. C:\test.ldif
or /root/test.ldif) an error dialog pops up when finishing the export wizard. However it doesn't
make sense to add Windows-specific checks. So +1 for the patch.

"My Documents" I am unable to, with the message "Selected CSV file directory is not writable".
This happens with all types of exports whener I try to save to "My Documents" or any other
user's "Documents" folder. This does not happen when I select any other directory.
