Ahh yes I remember now. Also sometimes we have a need to check for OIDs even if the schema entity is not enabled separate from this case.
...I remember : we check that the SchemaObject OID is already present when adding or renaming a SchemaObject. For that, we need the OidRegistry to be updated, no matter if the SchemaObject is enabled or not.
It must be put in the oid registry
