Yes, you are right. The LDIF editor is relaxed in that case, it accepts the last change even
if the '-' is missing. 

The cause is that ldapmodify command and Softerra LDAP Administrator accepts such LDIFs. I
saw (hand-written) tools that creates such LDIFs, they then work with ldapmodify but not with
Studio. So this bug exists to be compatible to other "buggy" tools ;-)
