Thanks Marcos for the tests. I attached a patch that fixes your problem and passes our integration
tests. However I'd like that a server developer reviews the patch first because I'm not sure
how the alias indexes work.

I also added some more tests and figured out that the search with subtree scope doesn't work
as I expected. If an alias is dereferenced during the search the search isn't continued under
that alias.
