Subject [jira] Resolved: (DIRSERVER-1181) Too many results when using searchfilter with escaped asterisks \2A
Date Mon, 10 Nov 2008 19:37:44 GMT

Stefan Seelmann resolved DIRSERVER-1181.
----------------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 1.5.5

Fixed here:
  http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=712718&view=rev
  http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=712725&view=rev

The first filter (cn=*x\*y\*z\*) in my report and in the attached test is invalid according
to RFC 4515 because the asterisk must be encoded as \2A. So I just added the other two test
cases.
