Here is a small test which produces the error under question. The patch needs to be applied from server-unit module directory.

Moreover while debugging the issue it was observed that the error is occurring in the method call TlsKeyGenerator.addKeyPair( serverEntry ) present in the DefaultDirectoryService.createBootstrapEntries() method.

The addKeyPair() method is trying to add the attribute value 'inetOrgPerson' to the 'objectClass' attribute which already contains the same value hence a error statement is getting logged.
