Emmanuel Lecharny resolved DIRSTUDIO-386.
-----------------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

This is plain normal. The filed is not auto-selected, in order to avoid an accidental erasure.
So you have either to double-click on the field to get it selected, and then, you can type
your new value, or erase it by using backspace.

I don't think we will change this behavior.

> Affects Versions: 1.2.0

> 1) Edit a connection profile where the port is 3-digit, when clicking in the port field
you can start typing directly to change what's in there, change the port number to 12345.
Click OK and edit the same profile again, click in the port field and start typing, nothing
happens. You must use backspace and erase what's in there before you can type in a new port
number.
