ICMP is bocked to the entire network I think.  I think this vm is for testing out installers.  Don't remember exactly.

It's for nagios monitoring. Nagios is running on central.oxylos.org and I try to ping from there.
vm094 (and others) are working except vm093.
As far as I can see it's only vm093 having installed 2003 (I assume it's some kind of MS Windows?) I can't ping.
