Yeah I can forever accept continuum@vm094.oxylos.org as a moderator but I don't think set this property.  I think by default all auxiliary mailing lists like commits for example are set to have dev as the mail-to.  We can test it ... if not I think we need to ask infra to update this for us on the ML.
