Trying to Jesse we just need some way to transfer these using an non-user account.  I already wrote an email to infra inquiring about this.  I'd rather copy them over instead of linking.

Don't know if we shall link them somewhere in the http.//d.a.o/ site to 'promote' them.

As this are javadocs of snapshot and the only available versions online developers should think about using the @since
tag to indicate if it's a function existing from the beginning or since a later release.
