David Jencks updated DIRSERVER-1023:
------------------------------------

    Attachment: DIRSERVER-1023-with-xbean.patch

This patch removes [Mutable]InterceptorConfiguration and just uses interceptors directly.
This version also includes the xbean-spring patch and server.xml for xbean-spring. If the
xbean-spring stuff is rejected I can create a patch without it.

> [Mutable]InterceptorConfiguration serves only to blur the boundary between whatever container
system apacheds is using and the actual components. It's also easy to remove, resulting
in clearer code and less chance to accidentally have 2 of the same interceptor in a chain.
