So when running the apacheds-tools I get an Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactory As a workaround I just copied the commons-logging-1.1.jar into the lib directory. Because I am unexperienced with maven I have no idea how to fix it. Ideas? Regards, Stefan Seelmann
