Oh ok np. I guess I can just build the plugin and test it.
I have found why this was not working... I forgot to include in the jar the default server.xml file and the template for indenting the XML file. I was testing the plugin within Eclipse and did not noticed that the generated jar was lacking these two files.
Sorry about that.
The current trunk version is working good now.

I found that after creating a new partition I cannot save the server.xml. I get an odd error which looks like a URL resolution problem with the XML dumper. Perhaps some API call has a malformed URL or something in dom4j. Here's the error message:

I can give more feedback after seeing the XML it generates from the GUI elements.
