Normal JIRA users cannot close directory issues. I wonder if we should allow all jira-users to close issues? Will it result in their ability to close any issue they like or just the ones they created? Yep you're right I added both of them to the directory-developers group.  Normal JIRA users cannot close directory issues.

I wonder if we should allow all jira-users to close issues?  Will it result in their ability to close any issue they like or just the ones they created?
