We should have a db dumber in apacheds-tools. It's in $APACHEDS_HOME/bin.

You can invoke it like:

./apacheds-tools.sh dump -i $APACHEDS_HOME -f dump.dat -p 'system'

"./apachedstools.sh help dump" will give more information.
