Im not so sure about that. Have a look at
AbstractIoFilter.Entry.NextFilter. When entries are added / removed,
AbstractIoFilter changes the prev / next refs in AbstractIoFilter.Entry.
An Entries NextFilter uses these refs for navigation - so I don't see
why it would be broken today.
