SearchRequestGrammar does not handle empty base DN correctly

         Key: DIRLDAP-56
     Project: Directory LDAP
        Type: Bug
    Reporter: Jérôme Baumgarten
    Priority: Blocker

>From line 133, SearchRequestGrammar throws a DecoderException if it gets an empty base
DN. Iirc an empty base DN is the RootDSE and it is used to query the schema, the supported
controls, features, extensions of an LDAP server.

This exception is caught by the LdapProtocolHandler and no response is sent to the client,
having the same side effect as the exception that used to be thrown by the ExtendedHandler
and described by Stefan Zoerner a few days ago. Thus I set it as Blocker.
