ServiceRegistry manages both I/O layer and Protocol layer currently.  It makes ServiceRegistry more complex.  But separating ServiceRegistry to IoServiceRegistry and ProtocolServiceRegistry also looks strange.  Let's find out better way to simplify ServiceRegistry.  WDYT?
