Continuum will shortly be an ASF project and Continuum is absolutely not
a commercial project and never has been. Where did you get that idea?
Why don't you actually look at the source before making unfounded
assertions? It has an MIT license in the source currently and it will
shortly be moving to Apache as it was listed in the set of projects with
the original Maven TLP proposal. It will be in SVN shortly at Apache.
