Yep I gathered that.  The issue here is with SET there is no requirement 
for perserving order.  Snacc jumbles things up unpredicatably due to the 
HashMap it uses for storing a SET.  Take a look at the Snacc generated 
code for specific constructs and you'll see just how she behaves.
