I created some test cases showing that the configuration and lookup of 
SendMail and MailSession factories works using XmlConfigurator - yeah!

Unfortunately, the tests require that you have a) the "real" mail jars 
and b) access to an outbound SMTP server.  They also generate real 
emails.  So obviously I don't want to commit this stuff to 
/factory/src/test.  Any ideas on what to do with these tests?
