Description:
We need a thin hard coded harness that can be used standalone or just for testing to fire up the backend subsystem.  A factory should be designed perhaps to do this.  We also need to make this harness an option for use within the InitialContextFactory implementation for the JNDI provider so the harness can be blown up on the first request for a JNDI context.
