First cut is in svn as a proof of concept.

We need to add content to the sections (i.e. LDAP Server, JNDI, 
Security, ASN.1) documentation page (currently it only lists subprojects 
in that section).

As it is, it cannot be published until everybody has updated his section 
appropriatly.
