Description:
Right now the OCMM and the navigation widget is integrated into the RMS UI.  It does not have to be and can be used for anything else that navigates an object containment tree structure allowing users to operated on nodes of the tree.  

I could use this component in a myriad of places so it's really a nice idea to strip it out.  Also decoupling it from the UI will make the UI much cleaner.
