Fix the eve module in svn.  First of all eve/trunk/ should contain what's inside eve/trunk/eve.
 I don't know why I've done it this way.  The same situation exists for the sitedocs stuff.

Also I need to separate out the frontend from the backend because its too much to have them
both in a reactor build when they are not related.  We could actually separate them out into
two toplevels: meaning a frontend/trunk and a backend/trunk.  This would probably be the best
move for the long term.
