Description:
A role:profile:application link database is required to associate zero or more roles with
a user's profile.  Basically for every role that is added to a user's application specific
profile a link record must be created in the link database to make the association.  The link
record will contain:

o user's name
o role's name 
o application's name

The link database will have three secondary databases:

o user name 2ndary db
o role name 2ndary db
o application name 2ndary db
