I'm going to just code this stuff without generalizing anything for the time being. Later
down the road patterns will emerge and we can start to generalize the structures but the SleepyCat
folks have done much of this already with SecondaryDatabase support.
So let's see if the demand emerges.

Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: DIRRMS-16
Summary: Create a table structure mirroring a normal multicolumn table
Type: Task
Status: Closed
Priority: Major
Resolution: WON'T FIX
Project: Directory RMS
Components:
Berkeley JE
Assignee: Alex Karasulu
Reporter: Alex Karasulu
Created: Thu, 15 Apr 2004 10:51 AM
Updated: Tue, 27 Apr 2004 1:09 PM
Environment: JE Based Provider
Description:
The construct where a master JE database with one or more secondary databases occur for indexing
off of multiple keys is a common occurrence. We need a data structure we can reuse as a higher
level construct instead of having to rebuild the same structure over and over again.
