Ok we're just going to fall back on using OpenJMS for the time being.  Later on we'll switch
to using JGroups which is much more ideal.

Unlike the JNDI provider which works straight against a replicated directory the JE and JDBM
providers will need to be part of a replication system.  There are many ways in which this
can be done.  Here are a few candidate mechanisms and packages we can use.

MultiCast Rep - JGroups, JCluster

Let's research how others are using this stuff.  Namely it seems like tomcat (in a plugable
fashion) and jcs is using JGroups too.  Let's take a detailed look at how they are using it.
