Guys,

After a conversation with Noel who enlightened me we have a wiki and have 
had it for a couple of months now.  Here's where you can access it:

It's a blank template for now but we can do whatever we will with it.

This is an effort along with the JIRA stuff to let you guys know of 
the resources available to us here at the ASF.  I'll be emailing more
about setting up the site soon ...
