We should use JIRA to track issues, tasks, features and our development roadmap along with who is assigned to (volunteered for) which task. Now you need to create an account for yourself. You can do that here: http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/ Then Noel can put you into the directory-administrators group so you can administer JIRA. Don't worry I need to get up to speed with JIRA myself. It has been a while since I've used it. Anyway we can manage things we discussed from here. I'm excited about grinding away at writing all the docs and the site even though it will take away from writing code. This is important so I will do it. Good to have your help with JIRA. Alex
