Log:
First cut of an OSGi Main for ApacheDS.  This module will retrieve bundle jar dependencies
from M2 repos and combine them with the Felix runtime.  At this time it only combines MINA
with SLF4J but it demonstrates how to use the M2 dependency plugin and Felix.
