So I didnt see anyway to subscribe on the JIRA interface. However, I was able to subscribe
to commits@devicemap.apache.org which gives me JIRA and SVN notifications... score :)

I know they can be subscribed to, but I'm not sure, if there's an
auto-subscribe?
