chatting with Oved on the #deltacloud channel - it seems rhevm driver is the first place to
add this in terms of back-end support. I am not aware of other providers allowing to change
attributes like 'name' or 'description'.
Apparently the oVirt API supports this operation and it is already implemented in rbovirt.
