Subject [jira] [Commented] (DTACLOUD-265) Unable to describe in detail key, firewall, realm, image with eucalyptus driver
Date Fri, 27 Jul 2012 11:01:34 GMT

Michal Fojtik commented on DTACLOUD-265:
----------------------------------------

Deepika you're right! The has_capability method works in this way:

    def has_capability?(method)
      method = (RUBY_VERSION =~ /^1\.9/) ? method : method.to_s
      (self.class.instance_methods - self.class.superclass.instance_methods).include? method
    end

Mean if the Euca driver class does not define that methods, has_capability should forbid to
display that
collection in main entrypoint. However, the collection capability should work:

   set :capability, lambda { |m| driver.respond_to? m }

I'll try to use Library to test the driver methods. The 'realm' or 'key' method is just a
wrapper around 'keys'
where :id => key_id is sent.
