> Key: DTACLOUD-18

> Project: DeltaCloud
> Issue Type: Bug

>
> According to HTTP 1.1[1], requests must have a Host header. If the header is missing,
the response should be a '400 Bad request'
> Right now, we carry on and produce improper results, since URL's embedded in responses
either do not contain the port number, or have port number 0. Example:
> > curl -H 'Host:' http://localhost:3001/api
> <api driver='mock' version='0.2.0'>
> <link href='http://localhost:0/api/buckets' rel='buckets'>
> </link>
> ...
> </api>
> Thanks to Lili Nader for persisting in getting to the bottom of this.
