It says: protected static final String DEFAULT_MANAGER_CLASS = "${packageManager}.${interfaceName}Manager"; in the head, in stead of protected static final String DEFAULT_MANAGER_CLASS = "${package}.${interfaceName}Manager"; as in mine.
