hi i struch with the problem that i have to create sql then om and then to compile the build-torque.xml from run - exernal tools in eclips 3.1 , but i am not able to build it.
build fails. error comes saying that:  

error come at: 
<antcall target ="sql-classpath"/>

if i skip to build for the sql and try to build for om in exernal tools
then error come at 
<antcall target ="om-classpath"/>
