Hi Henning,
I looked at the generator yesterday, and before modifying it to do what
Roger Caron wants (keep additional information) it seems like some
refactoring is needed.

The dbMetaData stuff could be stored in
the Torque model objects (Table,Index etc) and then this additional
information can be added to them. Then each Torque model object can be XML
marshalled into the <db>-schema.xml.

and before doing that it would be better to have an XML Schema
definition of the schemafile (.xsd) rather than (.dtd).
Has anyone done any work on a Torque XML schema?
If not I will happily volunteer to do one.

There were no replies to Joseph Carter's recent
email (XML schema for the torque schema) so perhaps not.
