Subject RE: Specifying the table schema in Torque.properties
Date Wed, 26 May 2004 13:00:32 GMT
The bad news is there is no parameter that forces Torque to fully
qualify object names for the generated SQL. The good news is a work
around to create an alias for all objects within your code, such as what
follows.

c.addAlias("p", "user5." + TablePeer.TABLE_NAME);

This will yield SQL such as this.

select p.COLUMN_NAME from user5.TABLE p;

hth, mark

Subject: Specifying the table schema in Torque.properties

Hi-

Does anyone know if it's possible to specify a property for the table
schema in the Torque.properties file or in the Configuration?

I am trying to do something similar to

	databaseSchema = MYDBSCHEMA

like in the build.properties in torque-gen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Michael
