There is no excuse for a "you didn't pay for it so don't expect good 
quality" attitude, as the software source and documentation, being open, 
shows exactly how well or how badly the software was put together.

In my experience with Torque on a large project, it seems to be designed 
really well. It's documentation however is not new user friendly - 
usually the new users are people who are trying to evaluate whether 
torque will solve certain problems, and it's not easy to work out from 
the docs exactly what torque can and cannot do.
