Subject Older Version of Jakarta Projects

Guys,

How do u get older versions of Jakarta Projects.
Torque 3.0 comes with commons-dbcp-1.0 but the current
downloadable src on Apache CVS is the version 1.1.

Can't find a link to the older versions.

Pls advice
