I built the Torque Generator engine (I don't need the runtime engine) by
downloading all of the Torque source code, including the runtime engine, and
having Maven target only the ${TORQUE.HOME}/src/generator/project.xml file,
not the one for all of Torque.

It worked, I just want to make sure that I'm doing this the
recommended/right way.  I just tried building the Torque Generator engine
from it's own source and it didn't work.  So I need all of the Torque source
just to build the generator.
